The place is very clean and lovely. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the staff. On Saturday evening, around 6 p.m., I was not greeted by the staff. They were constantly on their phones and watch. I wasn’t informed about the sales, and I was very clueless about everything since it was my first time there.
Rudest encounter ever. Staff mopping and I was obviously bothering her. Had a puss on, wouldn’t establish eye contact or even speak. Rang me up - no receipt- then went back to mopping. Couldn’t even be bothered to speak. Tide is sounding better and better. ( Wednesday October 15th at 3:39 pm. )
Place is really set up nicely. Staff did not make any effort to help me figure anything out, just kept making soap. Pricey. Bought a candle- smells great. Body wash also smells great, but prices deterred me from buying more.
Love buying soaps from Buff City Soaps, smell so good and do not dry out the skin. Today we had my daughters 7th birthday party there. The staff was amazing with the kids and took the time to explain everything. At the end all the girls had made bath bombs to take home!! The girls were excited and my daughter is already asking to have her party next year at Buff City Soaps again!
Every single time And I mean from the very first day, I entered this store, Crystal has taken very good care of me! I couldn’t even believe how I was just browsing and she sent me up with some samples and I went home and tried my samples. I came Back in Love of a certain scent and I keep buying the laundry detergent and lotion!
