Love buying soaps from Buff City Soaps, smell so good and do not dry out the skin. Today we had my daughters 7th birthday party there. The staff was amazing with the kids and took the time to explain everything. At the end all the girls had made bath bombs to take home!! The girls were excited and my daughter is already asking to have her party next year at Buff City Soaps again!
Every single time And I mean from the very first day, I entered this store, Crystal has taken very good care of me! I couldn’t even believe how I was just browsing and she sent me up with some samples and I went home and tried my samples. First time in a Buff City Soap. The manager, Crystal, was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the soaps and bath bombs. My friend’s daughters made bath bombs and had a great time!
While visiting NY recently I stopped at this location because my daughter loves this soap. The manager Crystal immediately welcomed me and my daughters. She listened to the scents my daughter wanted and was able to immediately provide what my daughter wanted. Crystal also suggested a bath bomb making session which was the highlight for my girls. I called the store due to being interested in applying for a job there. She said come in tomorrow for a interview. She was running around closing the store and didn't do a proper sit down interview. She then gave me a bag of free samples which I greatly appreciate. She told me that she would call me the next day for a interview part 2 and she never did.
