I had an appointment today at 9:40 this morning to get an oil change. I dropped my car off at the dealership Friday afternoon at 4:30 when i was done for work. The service technician ensured my car would be done around 10:30. I arrive at noon to find you havent even started on my car. Service technician " ill get you out of here in 20 minutes".... yeah it took an hour. I wish I could rate this a 0 because this customer service is horrendous. Don't bring your car here.
We had a dangerous issue with our car today. The folks at Buerkle were about to get us in same day, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
They got me in and out in an hour! Very friendly and knowledgeable
Was passing through Twin Cities from Wisconsin when my injector failed in severe weather. hyundai’s staff, especially Adam, went above and beyond to get the parts and get me back on the road the same day. They didn’t have to help me but they did and they deserve 6th star.
I love Buerkle Hyundai Service! Exceptional service whenever I go there! Tyler & Brian are great! They allowed me to wait for vehicle as headlight bulb went out on one-let them change 2 and were reasonable price! Thank you! This is the place to get service no matter where you live! JMH
