I was lucky enough to run over a ladder on HWY 36 in Roseville - it was a large two-section extending ladder which my small Honda Fit couldn't quite clear. The top section of the ladder embedded itself deep into my oil pan, taking out a shield, bending pipes, and leaving a river of oil behind me. My car is also my office and so suddenly not having it was going to take a toll. I was super impressed by the friendliness and cleanliness in this facility. The shop was really efficient with my vehicle. Working with them and insurance, the estimate came really quick as well and was very accurate- so no surprises.

I brought my 2016 Civic in for front end repair this past September. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of communication, patience, and professionalism from Paulo and team. As this was my first and hopefully only accident, I had a lot of questions and every team member I spoke with kindly answered them and helped me manage my expectations. I took pride in taking care of my Civic pre-accident and having it back in near identical condition means a lot to me. Well done Buerkle Body Shop!
