I was lucky enough to run over a ladder on HWY 36 in Roseville - it was a large two-section extending ladder which my small Honda Fit couldn't quite clear. The top section of the ladder embedded itself deep into my oil pan, taking out a shield, bending pipes, and leaving a river of oil behind me. I was super impressed by the friendliness and cleanliness in this facility. The shop was really efficient with my vehicle. Working with them and insurance, the estimate came really quick as well and was very accurate- so no surprises.
