Service has become increasingly worse over the past year or two. I used to enjoy coming here, now I can't even get a return phone call! Terrible!
Called yesterday to warn the service department that I would be bringing in my Jeep for maintenance. I was addressed to the service department and my experience was well handled. I asked for advice from the technician where I might rent a car and he gave me a few options. My service will likely take just a few days when I assumed it might take almost a week; this made me a very happy customer! The nice worker I spoke with was named Obdulio and he was very patient with my questions. Please give him an extra thank you for me.
