We were a big group going to Hawaii but it became a nightmare ! When we got the intinerary of the trip. We discovered the departure and returned dates were wrong. We were missing tickets for 3 people and the hotel was not the one we had requested. When contacted the owner, called us liars and said we were trying to take advantage of her the situation (an employee had left with customers money)she was very rude and say she couldnt do anything about it and for us to do whatever we wanted.
