Very efficient, responsive to questions, accurate and very friendly.
We selected Bueno Title due to their positive Google reviews. However, we had a poor experience with this company. Calls were not returned timely and at times, not at all. Also, they did not complete any work to get our file closed. They constantly had excuses every time we inquired about status and that was after taking several days to over a week to provide an update. I have worked with Adrienne at Bueno Title and Escrow for my last two real estate transactions. She does everything she can to answer all my questions and any concerns I have. If she does not know the answer right away, she gets back to me with it when she finds out. She is absolutely great to work with!! She helps me so much, I wish there were more real estate agents with her work ethic.
