Called and had an appointment for an emergency tree removal at 12. Text him to make sure they were still coming. He said yes, but at 1 now. It’s almost 3pm and now not coming for 3 days. Unprofessional and waste of time!
They were responsive to coming out and removing the dead tree but even though there were specific instructions given to take all the debris away except for the main trunk they piled up all the branch logs as well as the trunk logs. After numerous attempts to remove the smaller branch logs they have not done so. Their cleanup of the sawdust in the grass was less than adequate and I had to spend a few hours to clean it up so my grass wouldn’t die.
When I called to get a quote, I was blown away by the speed at which they came out. Pricing wise I thought they were extremely fair and came in much lower than quotes from other companies. When I arrived home to look at their work, I was impressed at how there was zero damage to anything on the property. This tree was located next to power lines, inches away from a fence, and had extreme Trunk rot, and they managed to get the tree and trunk taken care of in a manner of hours.
