Had a nice time. Owner was very nice.Carolyn Hopkins greeted us and made us feel wel ome. She asked us if temperature was ok for each guest. I would sure return.
this venue made me feel like I was home back in the city , I hosted my sisters baby shower last week she and all the guest were amazed at how beautiful the venue was , we had privacy and with the decorations everything was perfect. It doesn’t have a kitchen but catered the food which made everything a breeze . Perfect location and being that I am not from Stockton the buena vista staff helped me with a lot of the footwork . Carolyn and Lorrie very unprofessional, from taking days to reply to a text to raising fees last min and failing to notify customers of things not working in the venue . Carolyn was very rude to my party guests while cleaning was taking place after our party, was given an hour to clean up after the event and five minutes into that hour she was already inside the venue inspecting and making everyone uncomfortable calling out whatever she felt wasn’t on point without giving us a chance to clean.. leaving broken furniture in th... read more
