Hello I just wanted to share my experience. I had a tour of the property for my grandparents with Jennifer Rudolfo and it was an amazing experience she attended to us and answered all of our questions. She deserves a raise !!
I have enjoyed meeting new neighbors in this community!! However there are concerns that need to be addressed ! A main concern for many are the security gates that do not secure the property!!! The large entry /exit gate is locked which is not accessible to either first responders or residents which creates a safety hazard !! Same for the elevators whenever they go down !! Sometimes it is days before they are repaired !! These safety issues should be fixed first then maintenance issues that need attention!
