We started using Buena Vista Pools & Spas in April 2024, and from the very start, Felix and his team exceeded our expectations. They opened our pool and immediately understood our concerns about a poorly installed liner from another company. Felix recommended a new liner and also helped us convert the pool to a salt system, while installing a new remote-controlled light. We have been using Felix for over 10 years. We had our pool switched to a salt chlorinator done by him in 2022. It stopped working at the end of the second summer and his original advice was to wait for the following year to address the issue. He opened our pool this summer on May 10th, 2024, and we have yet to receive a return call for this problem. Because of this, we have been running our pool for 3 months and are unable to swim in it. I have had this company servicing and doing repairs on my pool for 15 years. The service is excellent. They go up and beyond in every aspect of quality customer service. The owner is an example of how every business owner should run their Business.

Stop searching!!! You found the right pool company. Felix was so quick getting me an estimate at an awesome price. His polite and professional crew of guys did an excellent job replacing my inground pool liner and installing a safety cover. Their repair service is amazing too. My filter sprung a leak in the middle of the summer. One call to Buena Vista and the crew was there first thing the next mornig. They had me back up and running in an hour.
