From beginning to end, my experience was AWESOME! From my first visit, the lovely young lady who did my initial exams was very kind and thoughtful. Dr Ramirez took his time and explained everything in a way I could understand, going through every step i was about to take. Krystal gave me options and suggestions on paying for this like Care Credit. Surgery day I was very nervous, but the receptionist was calming. I was very impressed. Everyone was so nice and very professional. From my very first appointment to my last one I was kept informed and updated as the process progressed. Kristal gave me so much confidence that all was going well. She knew everything that was happening and going to happen. It is very comforting when those who dealt with me knew how I was feeling and what I needed before I did.
