They don't accept insurance, the office is tiny and have no room for consulting. It takes a year to get 3 take homes. I have a family emergency where I need to leave the area for two weeks and finally after pulling teeth and showing proof they gave me enough take home to go see my dieing grandma. They seem to forget that I'm paying for this service out of pocket and it should not be this hard to get take homes or be treated like I'm a drug addict. I never failed a drug test. I recently transferred to Buena Vista a few months ago and I have to say my last clinic was great so I was super concerned about transferring but once I got to Buena Vista I realized there was no reason for concern whatsoever! The staff there are amazing, VERY helpful, and genuinely care about the patients which is a huge deal. Everyone's bedside manner there is awesome including the doctor.
