We went to Buena Vista Eyeland because they were recommended by someone we trusted. What a disappointment.. My husband;s perscription was changed and the person who could barely speak english tried to tell us that it had not changed; while we held two different prescription in our hands. He tried to explain the perscription was changed by "The Cloud". My daughter was a patient at your facility one year ago. I was impressed with the examination, process of choosing glasses and the options of glasses that insurance covered and the ones which required payment from the patient or family when children where involved. As a medical specialist myself. The equipment and process of preparing an evaluation for the optometrist was excellent. This has been the second time I've been there and I wasn't impressed the first time already. I had an appointment at 12:15 and at 12:45 I was still sitting in the waiting area. I approached the (very rude) receptionist and asked how long it would still take since I am already sitting there for over 30 minutes. She told me it would sttil take "10 " minutes. However, just before I asked, they called another patient in, and none of the patients that were seen before me came out in less than 15-20 minutes. So I knew already I wa... read more
I am sorry but they do not seem to want to sell me glasses . They are hard to contact in order to get a appointment and then with there new hours I can not seem to hook up with them they do not want to give you appointment unless you have an insurance card and they need you to show up with the card in order to set they appointment. So be very careful .

A very pleasant atmosphere with great customer service. They're very honest and affordable. I trust my vision to no other place but them. Excellent care.
