**WARNING BEWARE** The other reviewers are way more than right, especially Max Powers. Property management has decided that ignoring me as a tenant is the way forward. Come here at your own risk, it is a trap. WARNING disabled people.. you may lose your voucher in coming here. These people are extremely unorganized, and just may not even get your paperwork done.
I don't even know where to start on describing this place. Google needs a negative star rating selectable. The other reviewers are way more than right, especially Max Powers
This place is horrible! There are roaches, there are mice and rats. Trash everywhere, dog feces everywhere, very ghetto and no place to raise children. Manager is useless. I have needed them to fix things (a lot of things, everything breaks very easily) in my apartment on E. Fredrick’s st, it’s been 5 months. Maintenance people here are lazy and don’t want to do anything!! Do not move here or you will be stuck for a year and they expect rent on the 1st or u pay a late fee on the 2nd but when you ask them to please come fix y... read more
