This place is horrible! There are roaches, there are mice and rats. Trash everywhere, dog feces everywhere, very ghetto and no place to raise children. Manager is useless. I have needed them to fix things (a lot of things, everything breaks very easily) in my apartment on E. Fredrick’s st, it’s been 5 months. Maintenance people here are lazy and don’t want to do anything!! Do not move here or you will be stuck for a year and they expect rent on the 1st or u pay a late fee on the 2nd but when you ask them to please come fix y... read more

Horrible management on top of a horrible housing project. This place is the true definition of a ghetto.
Trash place, management and tenants. Worst apartment building in all of Barstow.
