I had a terrible experience. I was given the option to may my almost $800 bill online, paid-and then was promptly forgotten about. We received no updates from Maria, our service advisor on when our car would be ready and nothing when the car was completed and ready for pick up. We had to call after the service department was closed and deal with the management-who were great, just to get our vehicle returned to us.
Omar Cabrera was fantastic! He had compassion and treated me as an individual and not just another customer. He explained in detail all of the services to be provided, what they were for, and why they were to be performed. He was quick to respond to any inquiries I had. He went above and beyond to get me and my vehicle back on the road. I appreciate all of his effort.
Josh always gives me great customer service not just with the emergency electrical issue with my wifes Honda crv a couple of days ago and took the car in for us when the tow truck brought it in for us when we weren't able to because of our jobs. Asked if I had any questions and wouldn't hesitate to answer them also made sure I was doing OK.
