New ownership with no owner. They never answer any calls. I one went in person and waited 5 minutes in the lobby and nobody ever came out to help me. The service is pretty much non existent here now. Go elsewhere!
Terrible, Terrible service. If you have any serious conditions do not go here they do not have the resources to help and can not even return your call.
You cannot reach them at all when you call. I am seriously ill and it has taken months yo get a call back and it only happened after my insurance couldn't contact them either and gave them a strike. Ignore the recent positive reviews those are paid for or fake. There is no way way people are receiving quality care here. Seek care elsewhere or your health may face the consequences of rapidly declining.
The quality of care from this clinic has gone down hill since the change in ownership. They're nearly impossible to get a hold of. I've been trying to get a prescription fixed for over 6wks with no resolution. They also kept my drivers license for several days and didn't reach out to me. If I hadn't remembered that I never got it back after they took it to make a copy, I don't know if they ever would've contacted me about it since I don't even get a call back after leaving several voicemails.
