J'ai beaucoup aimé les installations ,ca te permet d'avoir un physique stable
It's a pretty well rounded facility. Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, rock wall, gymnasium, cardio room, weight room, indoor track, crossfit area & equipment, indoor soccer, basketball, floor hockey, etc. Large changerooms and usually fairly clean.
We used the outdoor heated pool. It was a great experience ! The whole complex is extremely clean and organized ! It has everything. Gym, two indoor ( under renovation ) one outdoor pool ! Ice rink, squash and basketball courts and many more !
By far the best gym I've ever been too. The facility is top touch and it's always very clean!
