I had an appointment. The dentist wasn't there. They billed me for 4 x-rays.I did not receive. I called them 2 months ago. They said they would correct it. I called them today.They have still not corrected the bill. Then they said they would cancel all my appointments going forward because I refused to pay a bill that was incorrect. Update: they corrected their invoice and I paid their bill. This was important as they claimed 4 x-rays to my insurance that I did not have. They corrected the claim to my insurance.
