Don't update THC levels online appropriately, went in expecting one thing, sold another and absolutely no solution to fix, asked if there was anything closer to the percent I wanted and was told there was nothing and have a good night. 👍 won't be shopping here again

It's your product. Waste of money. Thank you. I was told by an employee that you dont do refunds. So I was basically scammed 50 bucks. Thanks again.
To be perfectly Frank I find a customer service very inconsistent there to the guys that work there are amazing and the rest of the stuff I have to say is sub par... When I asked for a simple request the highest THC dime Bank for example I expect to get that instead of looking on the website after I've gone and finding out that there are three outta four higher than the one I got, lovely! good job ! great customer service, lady!
