Been going here for years now. Got sold a disposable back forty white freeze vape. Went to ask for a replacement due to vape not working/burning at all. Told to call a number and not their fault. It's your product. Waste of money. Thank you. I was told by an employee that you dont do refunds. So I was basically scammed 50 bucks. Thanks again.
To be perfectly Frank I find a customer service very inconsistent there to the guys that work there are amazing and the rest of the stuff I have to say is sub par... When I asked for a simple request the highest THC dime Bank for example I expect to get that instead of looking on the website after I've gone and finding out that there are three outta four higher than the one I got, lovely! good job ! great customer service, lady!
