this beautiful bouquet that I've done a horrible job maintaining (knocked it over many times and never watered / anything) is still looking great 2 months later. Amazing store with great service and gorgeous bouquets.

Walked in to ask for an arrangement today & was surprised to be interrupted by the assistant and told she couldn't take any details from me because she was putting something together for another customer, who had just left. I would have thought taking a couple of orders at once was normal? Was weird and not great customer service.

For the most Beautiful Flower Arrangements and potted plants, you must go to buds and bowers at SurryHills. The flowers are just exquisite and the service you receive from the Florists is just amazingly amazing. Ask for “Hannah” to do your arrangement or need help in deciding what to choose and “Hannah” will be the lady to go to. “Hannah” radiates sunshine every time I have gone to buds and bowers.
