Bought some chemicals for my pool, but when I got home I realized I had enough already. Went back with the receipt and unopened containers...they refused to return or exchange them. I'll take my business elsewhere, that is ridiculous.

Very happy with our experience with Buds Spas and Pools. Our first interaction with Lindsay was great, she had great answers for all of our questions. The delivery guys were also great, giving me advice on certain things and putting our hot tub right where we wanted it. Onsight orientation was great. The guys explained everything thoroughly and let me take notes and even installed the hot tub lifter that we (the purchasers) mistakenly thought we didn’t want.
buds in Dundas another fantastic store on top of Ancaster, the way ethan and joey work together to figure out problems is marvelous , fellas keep doing what you're doing at buds , without your guys help and joeys knowledge on parts these 2 stores are like no other thanks guys !!!
I was a long time customer at this price gouging pool store. Had a very unsatisfactory pool opening this year. Called Ryan at customer service, the issues I had were placed on me, as I was told it was my responsibility to know to fill the pool on day one. However, I did not receive the usual notification and assumed the water was left so low for a reason. Issues: 1. Pool opening took twice as long 2.
