I have been trying to call Bud's the past few weeks. No one ever answers the phone. The voicemail is full, so it just hangs up on you. All I wanted was to get an estimate. What a poor way to run a business. I can only imagine how they treat a customer Who may have a problem. After this review posted, Bud's posted a rebuttal to me , chewing me out because he runs 2 businesses and a family with children and doesnt have time to deal with phone mail messages....or potential customers.....
Our house had some unforeseen obstacles and this crew still got the job done!! Honestly, I wish this job had taken longer just because we so enjoyed their conversation and professionalism!! The best guys we’ve ever hired for any job! 10000000000/10!!!!
