Buds Plumbing Service overcharged us for 10 minutes of work! they came out -- spent 10 minutes capping off 2 pipes -- told me there was no charge -- after me insisting to pay for their work, they spent 30 minutes in their van talking & on the phone trying to determine how much to charge for the work -- after waiting for over half hour, I walked out to their van and asked how much, they told me the charge was $165! We had a plumber from this company come out to give us an estimate. We bought a fixer house recently and have several plumbing jobs that need to be done. We took him around the house and showed him all the work that needed to be done. His demeanor was terribly arrogant! It was strange, as if doing a bid for a residential job was beneath him. This company came out to un-clog our toliet, and the plumber couldn't find anything wrong . He took everything apart, replaced it all and didn't quote a price for doing all that "extra". I never signed on the work order on the line where it says that you are completely satisfied with the job. AND then he broke cracked a tile on the floor, and I contacted the company, I was told it would be "taken care of", and I contacted them again, and they gave me the run around. This plumbing outfit was recommended by my insurance. I am so sorry I went with them. I now have more offsets in my sewer lateral than I had before and the totally destroyed my lawn! I cannot believe that AAA recommended them!
