Unprofessional, unreliable, incompetent, stay away from this shop - I went to this shop to get an estimate to fix some dents in my car. I talked to Mr. Oswaldo but he said he was busy and I had to make an appointment. He wrote my name and phone number on a form and scheduled me for Wednesday at 10am. Today, I got there 15 minutes early but Mr. Oswaldo wasn't there because he had a medical appointment. I asked someone in the office to call him and see if he could still see me.
