I would give zero stars if I could, the man on the phone was ignorant and not helpful what so ever. This was my first time ever trying to get a permit... I used their very stupid list they gave on what information was needed to obtain a permit through them, and had everything they needed written down. He became extremely irritated with me instead of being helpful. Possibly the worst customer service that I have dealt with. Man answered the phone very curt, in unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Could hear a woman in the background coaching him with answers. Finally he told me that it was my job to know the answers and I heard the woman in the background telling him to hang up, which he did. I used to deal with Sue and she was so nice and helpful. We have relatively simple permit loads that we need to move on occasion. Bud's gets back with my fax requests quite promptly.
