I have ordered flowers twice now, and each time the arrangement was beautiful. The person taking my order was very friendly.
Embarrassing flowers sent to my 91 year old mother. This was the card they sent. My name is Matt and we even spelled it for you
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM..use the Trendy Tulip and pay a bit more. Gave them a 7 day head start to fulfill an order and got NOTHING at all. No flowers..no card..no delivery..no calls.
Poor customer service and no filled order. Wouldn’t even call me after I placed an order they were unable to fulfill (although they advertised sunflowers when they weren’t in stock)…sent an email asking me to call them about an order and then had no idea what I was talking about when I called just a bit later. Treated like I was crazy when I had an email from them asking me to call.
