I can rate the communication and scheduling as 5 stars. Tony was very prompt to communicate with me and super accommodating about scheduling. I was able to fix my issue, and had to cancel the appointment last min which I felt bad about but he was super cool about the situation. I would definitely reach out to him again if I have an issue
