"A gun mat I paid for never arrived. I paid extra for the insurance too. Buds Guns Shop customer service rep told me they will only help if I have the shipping boxes from everything else that arrived. They were of course in the trash. Ridiculous but true. DO NOT PAY FOR THAT INSURANCE!!! Its a scam!!!!!!! I have now spent close to $2000 at this online store. I told them a week ago that they need to make this right or I will be shopping elsewhere.
