Just got a bunch of Bud's famous tomatoes for tonight's salad, as well as an excellent butternut squash. Peeled and diced it, threw in a stick of butter and a bulb of minced garlic and let it roast in oven for 45 minutes at 375°. I seriously thought I had entered heaven. Thank you Bud!
