Phenomenal service, great work, and at an affordable price as well!
Customer service is unsatisfactory. I spent a little over 12k for new heads (truck had fuel in coolant) and their bullet proof package for my 2004 Ford 6.0. Driving up to Big Bear truck had hardly any power, felt like turbo was not building boost. I have been calling them weekly for over a month asking when I can bring it in and keep getting told “try again next week, we are too busy”. I had over $10,000 of work done to my truck, the first quote was over $16,000. This is due to the fact that Marc was double charging me hours of service for the same tasks. It was only when I insisted to see the hours of service and pointed out that they were charging me double for the same action, did the bill reduce. I had my 2004 Ford F-450 engine (6.0) bullet proofed at Buds Diesel. After about 700 miles around local driving just to make sure everything was good to go. I took my 14,000 lb RV fifth wheel to Alabama with not one problem or any issues. With all the hills and stop and go traffic we hit. Would I recommend Buds Diesel YES I WOULD.
