Never again. I was only here one time to get a glow plug error code fixed so I could register it with a smog check and they had it three days and when I got it home it was 7 quarts low of oil and all the tires were set to 32psi on an F-350 that should have been 60-70 psi and who knows what else was NOT checked but I had a headlight out as well and they said they checked those as well. This is RECKLESS negligence that could have cost me the entire engine that only had 50K miles on it. So much for having a good reputation.
Got the power steering hose done great job for a fair price! Bud is a very nice guy and helpful!

Customer service is unsatisfactory. I spent a little over 12k for new heads (truck had fuel in coolant) and their bullet proof package for my 2004 Ford 6.0. Driving up to Big Bear truck had hardly any power, felt like turbo was not building boost. I have been calling them weekly for over a month asking when I can bring it in and keep getting told “try again next week, we are too busy”. I had over $10,000 of work done to my truck, the first quote was over $16,000. This is due to the fact that Marc was double charging me hours of service for the same tasks. It was only when I insisted to see the hours of service and pointed out that they were charging me double for the same action, did the bill reduce. Personally I don't trust this mechanic, simply because they obviously try to run up the bill as much as they can. NO INTEGRITY. Following up on the response from the Buds......
