Terrible customer service. I ordered an arrangement for my mother and what I requested and paid for was not delivered. Instead a cheaper arrangement without any of the flowers I requested was delivered at the same cost. When I contacted the owner she explained to me that the salesperson did not follow protocol. I asked for a refund and the owner refused and hung up the phone.
for my wedding, I had the team @ BUD'S Flowers make all my wedding bouqet and center pieces. Everything was so beautiful. and the staff was so very helpful !!! will recomend
When you loose someone special, the hardest thing is to plan for the funeral. Eva and her staff took such good care of me and my family. they were so understanding and very helpful. Thanks Again Eva & Ben and the staff @ Buds
