Called at 7:35 to place a pick up order and was told they don't take to go orders after 7:30.
Until today I was a regular customer as I’ve always enjoyed the burgers. However, upon my visit today at 2:00 I was treated so rudely by an employee that I left without ordering. I went to Ben’s Burgers on Clearview where I was treated very nicely and felt welcomed. Their food is just as good and the employees are nicer. Extremely disappointed with our experience today, July 12th, 2026 @ 2:00 PM at Bud’s Broiler on Jefferson Highway. We’ve brought our small, quiet, well-behaved Bichon Frise here before without anyone saying a single word. Today, however, a rude black woman working behind the counter told us our dog was not allowed. What makes this so frustrating is the inconsistency.
