Requested a diagnostic test on my 2015 S550 Mercedes on 1/8/2025 & was quoted $135 (no one said per hour). After about 1hr in I was told the tech needed a little extra time to finish testing. I said ok, but was NEVER told that it was going to cost extra. 2hrs later the car was ready & my total came to $286.05. I was charged $135 twice for 2hrs of labor to run a diagnostic reading with no work performed.
