We bought a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country at the end of April. It was full of all the bells and whistles. The "only" thing wrong with it was the blind spot light didn't work on one of the outside mirrors. We took it home only to find that a few days later the van wouldn't start. We called Dan and he said it was probably the battery. So, another trip over and sure enough there was a bad battery. They switched it out and off we went. This place sells subpar vehicles. Do not buy their warranties from Zurich shield either because they do not fix anything and won't refund your money. The vehicle I bought was for sure in an accident and you can tell was painted. The guy I spoke with tried to tell me there was no way it was painted because the hood was never removed? Plus to top it off, I didn't notice it smelled like an ashtray until I had to use the heat for the first time. They are way over priced and you should really shop around. When I take my car and ask for a price to repair it, that is what I expect. I am not asking you to sell me a new car or give me your opinion on whether I should fix my car. It is the only car I own. Give me a price to fix it !

I’ve been looking for a RAM for a couple weeks and literally every place was a bust for me. I found some that were great and found out they were smokers vehicles or beat up pretty bad. Bud’s Auto had the perfect one and I knew I was going to leave with it after test driving it. My issue here, I was not treated with respect in the lightest.
