We showed up to buy a vehicle and it turns out one of the employees is driving it as a personal vehicle and took it home for the weekend they told us to come back and try again Monday not sure why it's advertised if they're not willing to sell it!
Delaney told us the blue book value of our car was 1000 less than we knew it was. Went to Buds and got a beautiful car and got top price for our trade in!
Horrible service, they would not allow us to put down a cash deposit and come pick up the car the next day because it was “against their policy.” My family was coming down on Saturday and they sold it to someone else the day before. The car was for my 18 year old brother who got into a car accident, not his fault, and his car was totaled. Horrible service.
This place is such bull crap!! The way you refuse to hold a car for somebody who told you they were coming back on a Saturday and the car gets sold on a Friday makes ZERO sense. This place didn’t even handle the situation well, when the car was sold all you get is an email saying “Car was sold, Thanks”. No wonder the truck was sitting there for over a month, it’s because the way the place is run is stupid.
