Let me say this, I love the selection, prices and sales staff. Super nice, informative, but my last visit was a disappointment. I always buy disposable vapes, and this time they didn’t have my usual in stock. No big deal. Asked to see others and the staff spent time and offered suggestions and insights. We picked out 3. When I got home, they were 510s and not disposable. I totally understand the no refund or exchanges, but there’s no harm in asking anyways. started going here after some bad experiences at the one in minets point (iykyk) and it’s always been a good experience. all the staff knows their stuff and if they don’t have what you usually get they make good recommendations. pricing is on point too. won’t go anywhere else now
Wasn't the biggest fan of having to wait at door. Made me feel like I was buying on black market again ...lol. Staff was super nice though, so I got over it.
