I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now because the prices and products are usually solid. But lately, the customer service hasn’t been the same. Some of the staff just don’t seem interested in helping — one girl with black and white hair acts like it’s a chore to answer questions, and I’ve overheard another guy (Braden, I think) talking badly about management right in front of customers, which felt pretty unprofessional.
