Absolutely unprofessional attitude to people who come for unloading, you wait 2 days for unloading. When asked when I should be unloaded, they just spread their hands
Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I was supposed to pick up a load here and provided all the necessary information — including destination and unit numbers — but the person in charge said it “means nothing” to him. Even after the broker called and explained everything, no one came out or offered any help. They were extremely rude and acted like they just wanted to waste time until the end of their shift. If you don’t want to work — just say it. Don’t waste other people’s time
