Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I was supposed to pick up a load here and provided all the necessary information — including destination and unit numbers — but the person in charge said it “means nothing” to him. Even after the broker called and explained everything, no one came out or offered any help. They were extremely rude and acted like they just wanted to waste time until the end of their shift. If you don’t want to work — just say it. Don’t waste other people’s time

If you are going to borrow retail places carts to hold your safety cones, please make sure you take them back to the store instead of leaving them on their side in the dirt almost a half mile away from the store. Like you have done in lake St Louis off of hawk ridge
