The smoothie bar guy has a weird attitude and seems more interested in chatting with the receptionist than making smoothies.
Trained here for a bit. Prof Greg is a friendly and competent instructor. I really enjoyed his classes. Muay Thai taught by Ferb is also amazing. He's a friendly guy who is also a very competent and helpful instructor. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

June 9th 2026 3pm approx Plz read! I walked into this gym hoping to check out the facilities, but I was met with aggressive sales pressure and incredibly rude service. The lady at the front desk was combative and dismissive. Instead of giving me a tour or answering basic questions about the gym, She literally threw a 12-month contract in my face.
