We are extremely fortunate to have a Surgery of this standard, such excellent staff and incredibly efficient.
We’ve been patients here for several years & have always found it exemplary. Each staff member has been uniformly professional, kind & helpful. My GP was recently dogged in exploring reasons for pain I experienced, & as a consequence ordered an enhanced scan which showed I had cancer which was very promptly & effectivly treated. Fabulous care, thank you
Receptionist is awful! Very firm and rude. Went to the desk to make my next appointment she was incredibly snappy and pointed her finger at me. Would not recommend she dosent deserve to work there. Made me walk away feeling horrible.
I do not find this medical center helpful or welcoming
I'm Seriously ill and disabled and they can't even write out the prescription I need, I give plenty of notice in advance and still not recieved right medication. I requested a repeat prescription on 26th of September and today is 11th October and i still didn't get all my medication.I had all this problem at Rolle Medical Practice. Crickey what is it coming to. Have they forgotten they all took an oath to care for us? Where is the duty of care?
