I’m from Sonora, México and I am a frequent customer of BUDK. I’ve bought a lot of both Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit weapons and staves and the service always has been super good. Despite of my mexican english, they always attend with kindness my calls when I have to call them. I’m satisfied with their service. ¡Saludos desde México!
They wanted a review on the three knives i never received. I emailed customer service and they did nothing to help. Then had the nerve to ask how they did. How can I answer when I have nothing to review! Very disappointed.😡
Prices went out of the roof! Sends me catalogs. Doesn't tell me of the change. Went to order some merchandise I had previously ordered before. And some new things. Some stuff almost doubled! Wow! I'm speechless! I can find this stuff cheaper, locally! With using gas! Hope they address this if the care about their clientele! Almost fell out of my chair when was told how much for each item. I'd have to work another job. And I've been at UPS for over 30 yrs!
