Prices went out of the roof! Sends me catalogs. Doesn't tell me of the change. Went to order some merchandise I had previously ordered before. And some new things. Some stuff almost doubled! Wow! I'm speechless! I can find this stuff cheaper, locally! With using gas! Hope they address this if the care about their clientele! Almost fell out of my chair when was told how much for each item. I'd have to work another job. And I've been at UPS for over 30 yrs!

Made 2 orders in 2 days at Christmas time, a Friday and Saturday. One was flagged and put on Hold just cause I made 2 orders in 2 days. They sent a weird email with different company name, said call them to verify, but Customer Service is closed on weekends, even at busy Christmas. Then 1st order was charged twice on my account. They claim they only charged once, even though I emailed them the screenshot of my bank account showing 2 charges. Had an item in my shopping cart (and still is), and item was ordered anyway. Beware if you have auto pay set up, they'll track the cart and place the order anyway. Did not offer to pay for shipping to return the item. Also never received an order invoice. Only found out about the order when I received a shipping invoice and then it was "too late".
