Always a great experience visiting at my new local clinic for the past two years.
Came in to enquire about the Japanese Encephalitis Vaccination for working in the Wimmera and received a free vaccine there on the spot. My timing was freaky, you should make an appointment but their flexibility and friendliness is what really facilitated this happening. Due to their efficiency, the process was 5 minutes and after the 15 minute wait, I'm off back to work, all in a lunch break. Thanks Dr Julia, Nurse Maryanne and Andi.
Extremely kind, thoughtful, caring and professional staff... I am currently travelling and ran out of my medications which are vital to my health.. The staff did everything they could to ensure that my prescriptions were refilled... Thank you to all of the staff, including the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor... I truly appreciate all that you have done for me!
Great customer service and care for our daughter who had a fall at Venus Baths and needed stitches. The staff was very kind and caring and even though the doctor was very busy and fully booked for the day and nearing the end of her shift, they spoke to her and the kind doctor agreed to see my daughter. Dr Julia did a great job with the stitches and we were able to continue with our holiday. Big thank you to the staff, the nurse and Dr Julia from our family!
