Budiac Plumbing is the best! They came out on a Sunday to replace our hot water heater after we had a flood, and we are so thankful for them. They’ve been going above and beyond to help all their customers right now. The work is top-notch, and every plumber we’ve met has been professional, knowledgeable, and just plain nice to work with. We recommend them to all of our clients and couldn’t be happier with their service.
Thank you to Nathan for coming out so quickly and restarting my pilot light on my water heater! He answered questions, is knowledgeable and was very polite. Previous review in 2023: Thank you to Steve and Logan who scoped all the underground downspouts and solved the drainage mysteries. They were on time and efficient. I had a long "to do" list and they got it all done!
My parents had their 1 year old water heater go out because of flooding in the basement. They called the company that had put it in and that they have a monthly service contract with. It took that company 2 days to get someone out to tell them that it could not be fixed and that a new one would cost $3,000. I called Budiac who had done great work for us in the past and within 24 hours they had a tech come out who relit the heater and it cost around $150. We had to replace our water heater with all of the recent raining causing water in our basement. I called at 830 a.m. and by 10 they were at our house ready to install the new water heater. Considering the amount of people affected by this rain, I was astonished we got serviced so quickly. Doug was our plumber and he did an excellent job. Left things clean and organized. He was also efficient, communicated great and was friendly.
