Doctor did a fair job of examining and diagnosing for which I went in. However I am giving 3 stars for the office practices. They collect the payment upfront and when I did not see the claim for 2 months after my visit I called in and I had to chase their billing dept to file the claim. Finally I received the EOB after 2.5 months showing exam and test done as two items such that I am billed extra. Dr. Budhani is absolutely phenomenal. Her root canal procedure is impeccable. She listened to me when told her I was still in pain and gave me adequate medication. She was so kind and procedure was fast and seamless. It’s been almost 9 years since my root canal and not once have I had any sort of problems due to the procedure. Thank you so much Dr. Budhani!
I usually don’t just give reviews Willy nilly like, but I had to for dr budhani (a ROOT CANAL!) who gives a review for the worse possible procedure one can have?I do because this is my 2nd one in my 41 years of life and hand to the man, I was about to fall aleep during the procedure! She talks to you every step of the way letting you know what you may hear or feel. She made sure I was completely numb. I want to say I got 2 or 3 shots for numbing the area.
