They do great work and thoroughly clean up afterwards. My only dissatisfaction is trying to get a receipt for payment. I have texted Jose several times and left messages on his phone, but cannot get a response. For best business practice, a receipt should still be expected.
Very quick response and happened to have an opening on same day to cut down a rogue fan palm that neighbors complained about. The crew made quick work of the tree and cleaned up (even removed a frond from neighbors roof). The price was more than reasonable and I’m thrilled to have found a great tree service. The positive reviews are true. Highly recommend.
Tree trimming just finished - per owner's instructions they cleared 5 feet around the house trimming back a tree in backyard, plus aesthetic look trees and bushes in front. Worked for 4 hours. Diligent, cleaned all debris. All for San Diego inspection for "Zone 0" fire insurance. But did not touch large bushes next to wooden fence - a fire hazard. The company did follow owners instructions. I would recommend this company for work ethic and details.
Absolute professional and fast service.
Jose and his team did an excellent job. They are very professional and organized. They left the place clean and now my yard is bright and spacious. It was a 2-day job. Definitely will have them back when my 14 Palmes need a trim.
