POOR customer service. My recommendation is to NOT stay here. The guy who runs it is extremely rude, I told him I have a service animal and he demanded to see my paperwork which by law I don’t have to provide. I also reported this company to the better business bureau. Take your business elsewhere!
I'm upset with Bobby who works there I thought we were even good acquaintances I spent $300 cash for a week as a deposit spent over $500 for the week not happy with this demeanor yelling at me . I will never go back . It's not professional . Money is not an issue I just not going to accept the treatment. He refused to give me back my cash deposit .
