No stars. Terrible customer service. They left my vehicle on the side of the road for hours and blamed the weather. Then denied any responsibility for damages that they conveniently claim had to have happened before they got there. All via TEXT, very unprofessional interaction overall.
My van and camper trailer broke down on a road trip, and they were able to tow both back to Wagoner. They even took my camper trailer to the RV park until I could get back on the road. They're fast, professional, and have great prices. Thank you for going above and beyond to get me back to a safe place! I'm grateful to have broken down where I did.
I want to personally thank the owner and his wife at A-1 Budget Wrecker of Wagoner. My Mazda Miata broke down somewhere near Fort Gibson dam on a twisty two lane road out in the middle of nowhere and they were dispatched and arrived in less than an hour which shocked me due to the remote location. They could not have been any kinder and understanding of my situation and flatbedded my vehicle over an hour plus away to a shop in the city where I live I strongly recommend to anyone reading this review if you ever need a towing ... read more
