I was scheduled to have a quote done for one window in September. I was notified that the person scheduled to come out could not due to personal reasons. We rescheduled for later in the week. Once again, he could not come out due to personal reasons. I rescheduled for today at 8:30 am. Received a text that he could not come out until after 2:00 pm. He never showed, texted, or called.
