Under new ownership. I had a great experience recently with installation of new tires.
I called and was told that they can get me in in 20 minutes. I took me all of 3 minutes to get there after I hung up. Upon arrival I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I hate being lied to. Just be honest with your potential customers. How hard is that? Needless to say, I took my business and any future business elsewhere. If you can't be honest about a simple time request, what else are you not being honest about?
Took my Acura here to have the oil changed. 30 days later, I’m driving down the road and I smell something. I pull in to my garage and see oil running from under my car . I jacked the car up and found the oil filter was loose and oil was running out. I called and spoke with Mike. He asked me if they needed to fix anything. That was nice. Anyone can make a mistake. As a woman, I have always felt comfortable at the shop and with services. The guys are respectful and patient, always explaining as much or as little as needed for me to understand. I can even send my young adult kids and confidently know they will be taken care of and not taken advantage of. I highly recommend!
The people here are very knowledgeable and don't try to sell you things you don't need. All you could want in a mechanic.
