Story as old as time, woke up with no hot water on a Friday morning and the pilot would not light back up. Called Budget Water Heaters and Muhammad was able to come same day and replace the broken part. Quite quick, affordable and did not try to upsell me. Also installed a sediment trap I was missing. Really appreciative!

My water heater started leaking and was really on its last leg (almost 20 years old). Called on Memorial day and picked up right away. Very straight forward, gave me a time and showed up on time. Gave me a price, explained what was needed along with some options. Nice, professional and easy to deal with. By the end of the next day I had my new tankless water heater installed and running. Paid the original amount quoted and the work and unit are both high quality. Highly recommended.

My water heater did not work in the past 5 days, we keep shivering when we were taking shower. Finally we could not endure it and contacted budget water heater at 9:30 PM on Saturday, they said they will come right away. unbelievable in US! They are really amazing plumbers, they solved our problem in several minutes with a very decent price. They are really 7-24 hours plumber.
