For years and years we've been going to these guys (and girls! Had a nice and very able young lady fix our puncture today.) In all those years we've never had any service that wasn't 100%. Great management! And a great team. Five stars for both, five stars also for accurate and fast AND very fair priced service. This has always been the case since we first went there. Would be very hard to find any other business that I'd recommend more highly.
I Bought CEAT tyres which is very durable and rare to get them in Newzealand but they have it very happy to buy them..thanks to cris and team..
Rung for a price on a wheel alignment on a ford falcon and was quoted $69. When I asked if that included shimming for camber adjustment they said no that’s a seperate job. How is camber adjustment a seperate job in a wheel alignment? Camber adjustment is a part of a wheel alignment. Lucky I asked or they would have just adjusted toe and charged me for half an alignment. since january i’ve been to BT 4 times and each time the service genuinely shocks me with how good it is. i think i have this silly perception that all mechanical places are intimidating and a little scary but the team here are so onto it, fast, professional and don’t muck you around. 5/5, very grateful to have this shop in kirikiriroa ☺️
